Job Description
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD is an established and reputable piano retailer and wholesaler in Malaysia with 2 retail music stores in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, representing world renowned brand names.
In line with our growth and expansion, we invite capable individuals who thrive on challenges to join us as an Assistant Customer Service Officer at our Petaling Jaya branch.
Qualification:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Schedule customers’ appointments
- Handle phone calls and inquiries on products and services
- Process job orders for technicians and payment collection
- Manage general correspondence (email, messages, letter, etc.)
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and willing to learn
- No working experience required (training will be provided)
- Conversant in any Chinese dialect(s) is an added advantage though not compulsory
- Energetic, well-groomed, sales and customer service-oriented
- Fresh school leavers or those without similar work experience
