Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining research and development activities in the field: trial preparation, managing workers, application, observation, and reporting.
- Evaluate product efficacy.
- Maintain the research field properly and good relationships with external.
- Promptly and properly store and manage the trial data.
- Provide technical support to commercial (provide technical data, presentation and help sales to tackle any reported issue).
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new and existing markets where the company products have a good fit and meet the customer’s needs.
- Report all the findings to the Senior R&D Manager during the monthly R&D Meeting.
- Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports as required.
- Maintains good working relationships with cooperators in the Government and private research organizations.
