Job Description
Role: Warehouse Team Lead
No of vacancies: 59
Work Location: Shah Alam
Salary: Up to RM3,200 + Yearly Bonus
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: 45 hours per week (6 days’ work) – Rotating shift based on schedule.
Job Scope:
- Manage warehouse storage, picking, inventory, returns, and related sections.
- Optimize processes by allocating personnel strategically, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct effective data analysis to achieve business data indicators.
- Lead employee training and management efforts, fostering the development of a talented workforce.
- Handle cross-departmental communication and coordinate effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
- SPM and above.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the field of logistics with at least 1 year experience as a warehouse/logistics team lead.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Required Skills:
- On-site coordination skills
- Excellent ethical conduct in a logistics environment

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
