Job Description

An Account Executive is a crucial role within our organization. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients. Your main objective will be to promote our products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients and establishing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
