Job Description
The Business Operations Manager (E-commerce) is a key role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes within an e-commerce business. This position requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity in the e-commerce business.
- Managing day-to-day business operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, and relevant experience in e-commerce is highly preferred.
