Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily/monthly accounting functions including AP/AR, cash book, GL, and reconciliations to keep records up to date.
- Maintain a full set of accounts including preparation of Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and monthly management reports.
- Manage budget forecast/control, cash flow, and treasury matters.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, and tax agents on annual audit and tax matters.
- Coordinate with bankers, government agencies, and other relevant authorities.
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as directed from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Higher or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Function, and Treasury.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Winwords, and SAP.
