Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full set of accounts, including AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, and so on.
- Support the sales process by preparing invoices and issuing debit and credit notes, among other tasks.
- Handle daily accounting work such as maintaining the company’s accounting records, filing and making payments, as well as checking all payments.
- Prepare and coordinate the audit process and tax submissions.
- Ensure that all accounting records and systems comply with the company’s policies, and ensure that accounting standard procedures follow related statutory and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/ Vlookup), Autocount accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to cope well with a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
