Job Description

Job Scope:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers, such as cosmetic retailers, distributors
• Creating customized marketing plans and promotions.
• Developing sales plans to achieve sales targets for key retailers and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiating and closing deals with key retailers to maximize revenue and profitability for the cosmetic company.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that key accounts have the resources they need to succeed, such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Conducting regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in key account management in the cosmetic industry.
• Managing budgets for key accounts and tracking expenses to ensure that they are within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach

Skills:

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to create customized marketing plans and identify opportunities for growth
• Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue for the company

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
