Job Description

Overview

Our client is a global leader in travel assistance services and is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of travelers, making them a trusted partner for organizations and individuals worldwide. They are seeking an HR Executive responsible for coordinating HR operations and the general upkeep and maintenance of the office.

Work Arrangement

9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Based in office located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Salary Range

Up to RM 2,800 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: identify and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and issue employment contracts
  • Payroll: coordinate timely processing of monthly payroll and submission to all statutory bodies
  • Policies & procedures: ensure all documentation is updated with the latest trends and best practices
  • Communication: support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • Finance: issue invoices to clients through various channels (e-mail, accounting system, etc.)
  • Office administration: oversee administrative duties to ensure the office operates efficiently
  • Perform other duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Possess integrity, attentiveness, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
