Job Description
Remi & Diana Dawson is currently seeking a skilled conveyancing clerk with 4 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Job Scope:
- Preparation of documents and handling sub-sale, direct purchase from developer, loans, perfection of transfer and charge, receipt and reassignment, discharge of charge;
- Liaising with banks, land offices, and other departments;
- Able to work under minimal supervision;
- Attending to walking-in clients/calls;
- Performing other clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,395.42 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
