Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate transaction settlement with our counterparties
- Liaising with our counterparties and with internal teams to address payment inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintenance of payment records for analysis of cost and currency exchange rates
- Timely reconciliation of incoming funds and payouts for a clear view of cash balances across accounts
- Continuous improvement of payment process and streamlining of month-end reports
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Finance or Accounting related fields
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and confidently with confidential matters
- Flexible and adaptable to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Experience in handling high-volume accounts payable is an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
