Job Description

A reputable company, ECS FACILITY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management and people management skills, we invite you to apply for this position.

In this role, your responsibilities will include performing administrative work, managing the Executive Director’s schedule, and driving the Executive Director to meetings and appointments.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from RM2,500.00 to RM5,00.00 per month. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer additional leave and opportunities for promotion.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (Required)

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to Commute:

  • Puchong (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Puchong: Relocate before starting work (Required)
