Job Description
As a Recruitment Business Partner at TrustQuay Viewpoint, your main responsibility is to support our company’s talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and select top-tier candidates. You will play a crucial role in helping us build a high-performing team that drives our business forward.
In this position, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications. Furthermore, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
