As a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative at Maxis Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our enterprise clients through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their business needs, address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a seamless experience with Maxis Enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Customer Engagement:
• Conduct outbound calls to Maxis Enterprise clients in Mandarin.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
• Product and Service Support:
• Provide information on Maxis Enterprise products and services.
• Assist clients in understanding and maximizing the value of our solutions.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Client Satisfaction:
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
• Gather feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an enterprise context, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical information.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
