Job Description
- Repair damaged equipment and any damaged parts.
- Ensure the electrical system is in good condition.
- Ensure Lift system in good condition and safe for public.
- Ensure Standby Generator is in good condition when TNB power supply breakdown.
- Inspect Fire Protection System and make sure it is in good condition in terms of Fire.
- Maintain a plumbing system and ensure water tank supply is in good condition.
- Regularly check all equipment’s to ensure they are in good condition.
- Carry out inspections of buildings supervised by other Technicians.
- Conduct inspections and prepare schedules for repairing jobs.
- Monitor the landscape and ensure all surrounding lighting is in good working condition.
- Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), 9.00am – 1.00pm (Saturday)
