Job Description

Company: HAO XIANG CHI SEAFOOD RESTAURANT GROUP SDN BHD

• Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of HR including selection & recruitment, manpower planning & training, and other HR-related matters.
• Responsible to drive recruitment to meet the needs of the organization and partner with department to implement appropriate Recruitment and selection strategies.
• Assist in developing a conducive environment that will attract and retain qualified employees.
• Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances, and counseling on work-related problems.
• Assist in the process to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes in accordance with Company’s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• To participate in process improvement activities and plans for HR Development.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Assist in process monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
• Liaison with local authorities on employees’ related issues and various applications including renewal of working permit.
• Manage training records of all employees and identify the area that needs training for each employee.
• Participate in the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees’ engagement.
• Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities are in compliance with various employment legislations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM8,500.00 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
• Human Resources Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Klang: Relocate before starting work (Required)
