Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting directly to the Director.
  • Responsible for full scope of general Administration & Accounts functions of the Company;
  • To assist the management in their daily work function;
  • Managing the day to day operations of the office;
  • To handling request and queries appropriately. Have a good communication and management skills to handle clients enquiry via phone or emails;
  • Assist in managing meeting schedules, call screening, travel arrangements and any other related functions;
  • Preparing, organizing and maintaining files and records for easy reference and retrieval;
  • Prepare and manage reports and records all accounts payable, account receivables, credit control, bank reconciliation, bank accounts and petty cash;
  • In charge of preparing utilities billing, service request, monthly maintenance, and etc;
  • Liaise with external parties e.g. clients, banker, auditor, tax agents, lawyer, company secretary and relevant authorities; and
  • Responsible for any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Management/Administration or any related field;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field is required for this position;
  • Good in English and Malay;
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and always want to learn more;
  • Able to work in Kota Damansara; and
  • Own a driving license and able to drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
