Job Description
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in screening and filtering quality candidates.
- Research and propose new recruitment channels to management from time to time.
- Assist in talent searching/headhunting activities.
- Support recruitment activities, including strategic partnerships with universities/colleges for internship programs.
Employer Branding
- Assist in enhancing employer branding through content marketing across multiple channels.
- Research and propose new mechanisms or strategies to enhance our branding.
Database Management
- Responsible for supporting talent pool data management and ensuring up-to-date information.
Talent Mapping
- Assist in supporting talent mapping activities.
Job Description Writing
Assist in researching salary market information for each talent position.
HR Generalist & HR Development job
Assist in supporting other HR Generalist and Development tasks as instructed by HR Manager.
