Job Description
To support the team in corporate finance advisory activities.
To conduct a valuation of a business and company in relation to the proposed corporate transaction.
Plan, organize and coordinate the year-end close process with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
To attend to the queries from regulatory authorities
To assist in managing all corporate related matter with external parties i.e banks, legal advisors, auditor and management.
Assist in the implementation, execution and completion of corporate finance transactions
- To coordinate and supported all investor relation matter.
- To corporate-related matters are documented and reported in compliance with corporate governance requirement guidelines.
Job Requirement:
- A recognized Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any equivalent courses.
- Required Certificates – BEM and PMI/PMO
- At least 2-3 years(s) working experience (Corporate Planning) is required for this position.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Able to meet tight deadlines, be independent and possess a positive attitude.
- Preferably in audit or corporate reporting areas.
- Experience in group consolidation or tax will be an added advantage.
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, and self-driven with a high level of integrity.
- Good analytical and communication skills, as well as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
