Job Description

Minaz Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

  • Reconcile weekly deposits
  • Reconcile the accounts payable
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable
  • Prepare and send statements of accounts
  • Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and accounting systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Calculate and verify payment amounts and records
  • Control credit and follow up on debt collection
  • Process financial records, including bills, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents for entry into the computer and accounting system
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and budget preparation
  • Prepare and verify daily and monthly financial reports
  • Maintain returned check and chargeback accounts
  • Prepare documents for annual financial audits
  • Regularly review debtors and ensure credit control procedures are implemented
  • Assist in the preparation of project claims by collecting supporting documentation
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all standard operating procedures
