Job Description
Minaz Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile weekly deposits
- Reconcile the accounts payable
- Reconcile the accounts receivable
- Prepare and send statements of accounts
- Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and accounting systems
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Calculate and verify payment amounts and records
- Control credit and follow up on debt collection
- Process financial records, including bills, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial documents for entry into the computer and accounting system
- Assist in bank reconciliations and budget preparation
- Prepare and verify daily and monthly financial reports
- Maintain returned check and chargeback accounts
- Prepare documents for annual financial audits
- Regularly review debtors and ensure credit control procedures are implemented
- Assist in the preparation of project claims by collecting supporting documentation
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all standard operating procedures
