Job Description
Responsible for foreign worker replacement, permit/passport renewal/FWCS, and its documentation.
Involved in the management of Foreign Workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement/compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.
Responsible for hostel management for foreign workers.
Responsible in Administration duties such as tenancy matters, company vehicle, company’s insurance management, office utilities matters, business operation licensing, focusing into employee’s safety & health issue, establish guideline/procedure of manufacturing safety.
Overseeing of Other Benefits e.g Medical Expenses and Leave administration and others.
To Manage & provide analysis of data for Staff Attendance, Staff Claim & Other Benefits e.g Medical Expenses and Leave administration in the aspect of proper identification of leave, accurate keeping of records and ensuring that leave application procedures are followed.
Coordinate Manpower Request among the Department.
Performing candidate’s reference & background checks.
Conduct & performing interviewing session & Exit Interview.
Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and laws.
Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) programs including sourcing of training providers, training coordination with relevant parties, analysis of training effectiveness and etc.
