Job Description
Update and establish Human Resource (HR) policies (including Employee Handbook – Unionised) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), optimize existing procedures and supervise the execution.
Ensure sound HR practices, policies & procedures, and processes are in place to support the business operations and fulfill legal & statutory requirements.
Lead the HR & Admin Department by providing guidance and direction to subordinates, delegating tasks and supervising to ensure timely completion.
Manage the Recruitment activities to fulfill the company organization needs effectively and efficiently by generating strategies and monitoring the deployment including Manpower Planning and Manpower Cost Analysis.
Supervise the execution of Staff Training Plans, including proper training documentation, records, and evaluation that comply with ISO requirements.
Maintain the payroll function and oversee the payroll processing.
Oversee all employee relations programs, including promotion, and execution of disciplinary procedures to ensure that employees’ voices are heard fairly and equitably to resolve any disputes arising.
Liaise and work with the Head of Department to plan Career Path Development for selected employees to retain talents.
