Job Description
Perform ticket triaging and problem-solving for incident tickets.
Discuss with various levels/types of stakeholders (Client, internal team, etc) to understand the request/issues raised, discuss potential root causes, and convince the stakeholder on the solutioning.
Able to deliver on time and with quality, simple to medium complexity enhancements. Experience in configuration will be required.
Pro-actively update accurate statuses within the ticketing tool and to required stakeholders.
Support to create/update any related documentations.
Work closely with the team and Client to identify possible improvements in the process and SAP solutions to reduce incident ticket flow.
To adhere to all relevant process & procedures for the engagement.
