Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Advisor is responsible for managing the company’s receivables and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This role requires strong analytical skills to track and reconcile outstanding invoices, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with customers regarding payment issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, send payment reminders, and communicate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, receipts, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal stakeholders to identify and address any potential credit risks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status and provide necessary recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient billing and collection processes.
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in accounts receivable management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
