Job Description
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans for the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to the senior management team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Northern region’s market dynamics. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are also required.
