Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Leasing to join our team. As the Manager, Leasing, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all leasing activities for our company. You will work closely with the leasing team to ensure the effective management of our leasing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements
- Oversee lease administration and document management
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities
- Monitor leasing performance and occupancy rates
- Manage tenant relations and handle any leasing-related issues
