Job Description
Receive, process, and file payments, invoices, etc.
Assist in preparation of accounts, cashflow, tax filing, etc.
Provide day-to-day administration support to the department.
Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively.
Maintains files and records to ensure all is updated and easily accessible.
Scan documents for filing onto server.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
