Job Description
The primary objectives of Indoor Sales Executive are to procure freight, support outdoor sales, develop business with overseas agents and customers, and share the responsibility to achieve sales targets. Indoor Sales Executive will also collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance Department to provide the best service to customers. Managing deadlines is an important daily task.
Key Responsibilities:
- To procure & distribute vendor’s cost to support outdoor sales. Procuring the cost also means to maintain, file, compile, and distribute the latest contact and cost from all the contractual vendors.
- To develop and expand overseas agent network. Maintain a good business relationship with new and existing overseas agents, customers, and vendors.
- To participate in events and business match-meeting exhibitions in Malaysia or Overseas.
- To write and proofread creative copy to promote BXCel to overseas agents and customers.
- To engage in commercial activities: sales call, prepare quotations, and close business deals.
- To conduct sales data research and analysis so that sales statistical reports can be generated.
- To create sales information and databases through overseas agents and distribute them to the sales team.
- To assist the HOD in planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies to meet the overall objectives & budget of the business unit.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the logistics industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to achieve targets.
