Job Description
Responsibilities:
- IT Support & Technical Troubleshooting: Provide friendly and professional IT support, addressing user technical inquiries and issues by collaborating with internal technical team members to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical troubleshooting guides, ensuring clear and concise documentation for trending IT incidents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
- Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to expand technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
