Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor with fluency in Mandarin, to join our dynamic team. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our human resources department, ensuring smooth operations and promoting employee engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees, specifically focusing on Mandarin-speaking candidates.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employee development and performance.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop employee engagement strategies and cultivate a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
