Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a National Sales Manager focused on Modern Trade. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the modern trade channel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to expand market share and drive business growth in the modern trade sector.
- Managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the modern trade sector, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing reports to track sales performance and propose improvement measures.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, ideally in the modern trade sector. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
