Job Description
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and maximizing the potential of our employees. Your main responsibility will be developing and implementing various training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce.
You will collaborate closely with department heads and the HR team to assess training needs, design effective training programs, and evaluate their impact. You will also be responsible for conducting workshops, webinars, and other learning sessions to provide employees with continuous learning opportunities.
Additionally, you will track and analyze the effectiveness of our talent development initiatives by collecting feedback and evaluating performance metrics. You will assist in identifying high-potential employees and creating career development plans to ensure their growth within the organization.
