Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement & Inventory Assistant. This role will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Manager in sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management systems is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the procurement process, such as preparing purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records of purchases and deliveries.
• Conducting regular stock audits and implementing inventory control measures.
• Assisting in the resolution of any issues related to procurement or inventory management.
