Job Description
Responsibilities:
Expected to work closely with the customer, the onsite/offsite technical support team, and management to ensure a smooth, timely delivery, and handling of the support cases.
Take ownership of all technical problems and plan them to ensure the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Able to handle customers professionally.
A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary: RM600.00 – RM700.00 per month
Schedule:
