Job Description
- To be involved in preparing installation, assembling, commissioning & troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Card Access System, intelligent alarm monitoring systems, etc.
- To be involved in testing in-house as well as 3rd party security products.
- To assist customers in solving technical issues.
- To be involved in servicing security products.
- To report service & repair status to their respective supervisor.
- To assist in preparing & submitting various technical reports to their respective supervisor.
- To provide system or product training to customers.
