Job Description
What are your job responsibilities?
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure all maintenance works are carried out within the given timeframe.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers as required.
- Prepare project schedules and progress reports.
- Manage all project correspondence and documentation.
- Supervise Mechanical & Electrical matters.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance.
- Implement quality control programs.
- Participate in quality audits related to M&E works.
- Design contingency plans for major faults.
- Inspect electrical works and maintenance in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure installation compliance with the latest regulations.
- Monitor and enforce renovation guidelines at the site.
What you need to succeed in this role?
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Willingness to work on Project Sites, including outstation sites.
- Working days & hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 3pm)
